Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care in assigned unit.
- Supervises the delivery of patient care for assigned unit/area.
- Maintains adherence to patient care standards of practice through ongoing coordination and supervision of assigned staff.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration among and between unit staff and other departments/units regarding issues of patient care.
