About the role

Join the team at Kuantan Care Home as a Nurse. In this full‑time role, you will be based in Kuantan, Pahang and play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support for elderly and senior citizen healthcare setting.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering a high standard of nursing care to patients across a range of community healthcare services
• Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date patient records and documentation
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Providing health education and support to patients and their families
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

• Registered Nurse qualification and current practising certificate
• Minimum one year experience in a community or primary healthcare setting
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Must love and respect elderly, be comfortable around senior citizens
