• Experience in an international, multi-cultural, fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing technical data.

Responsibilities

• Design, inspect, test, and update electronic systems and components.
• Liaise with engineers and clients to ensure project quality.
• Monitor processes and identify problems in a timely manner.
• Prepare cost estimates and budget analyses.
• Provide progress reports and analytics to management.

Job description

What you’ll be doing

Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.

Liaising with engineers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications.

Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.

Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.

Monitoring processes, systems, and staff, and punctually identifying problems.

Writing specifications, instructions, and reports, and handling other required administrative duties.

Drawing up drawings, schematics, and models using computer design software such as CAD.

Preparing cost estimates and budget analyses for both management and customers.

Running effective testing and diagnostics that lead to measured product improvements, such as safer interfaces or improved functionality.

Providing progress reports and analytics to management.

Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

What we’re looking for

Degree holder in engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in EMS industry.

Required Mandarin‑speaking candidates to handle China’s customers.

Highly proficient in using tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SolidWorks.

Experience in effectively working in an international, multi‑cultural and fast‑paced business environment.

Experience in hands‑on approach to designing and implementing technical data to design a robust process and product.

Familiar with engineering software – Minitab, SolidWorks, etc.
