BAT’s Digital Business Solutions KL Hubhas an exciting opportunity for a NPI Deployment Manager in Selangor, Malaysia.

The incumbent will be responsibleтис for managing the operational delivery and project management within the New Product Introduction (NPI) function operated by GBS.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with ഏ cross‑functional teams.
  • Coordinate with NPI, Quality, Brand Marketing, Engineering, and Factory teams to achieve project objectives klus.
  • Provide timely project status updates and flag key decisions to drive progress.
  • Manage risks, resolve operational issues, and ensure necessary mitigation plans are in place.
  • Maintain visibility of project costs, including tooling, trials, and write-offs, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, promoting collaboration across functions and markets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support knowledge sharing within the NPI community.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) or NPI.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable team player with strong ownership.
  • Computer proficiency in MS ಉತ್ತ, Excel, and PowerPoint; fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Degree in Business Management and/or certifications in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast$ p‑paced, multicultural environment with strong documentation discipline.
