Key Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, and Palo Alto).
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues independently or as part of a team.
• Provide remote technical support during on‑call shifts.
• Travel to client locations as required (within Malaysia).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Actively engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a network engineer.
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, and Palo Alto devices.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
• Must be willing to work on‑site at client locations.
• Able to participate in rotational on‑call support for remote troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a team player.
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients (spoken).
