About the Team

Join a dynamic team focused on strengthening ZF’s customer network and service footprint. The team works closely with regional network management to ensure proximity to customers, drive incremental sales, and deliver high-quality service concepts tailored to market needs.

What you can look forward to as Service & Network Manager BL CV ASEAN:
  • Drive optimal sales and service footprint with regard to customer proximity and incremental sales.
  • Ensure customer network management and execution as an area/team leader by providing local technical and commercial capability.
  • Identify and consolidate local distribution and service requirements, aligning with regional network management for further growth opportunities.
  • Promote, roll out, and implement network concepts into the market.
  • Ensure technical training content and availability according to concept requirements and customer needs.
  • Promote and prioritize local service concept development.
  • Monitor and track network quality development and execution.
  • Act as the voice of local markets within the business-line organization.
Your Profile as Service & Network Manager BL CV ASEAN:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong sales, promotion, and customer care skills.
  • Technical understanding of related products and customer needs.
