The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic National Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This full‑time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, and will play a crucial role in driving the company's national sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Oversee the performance of the national sales team, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive excellence
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key national and regional retail partners
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities, and use this intelligence to inform sales planning and execution
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Participate in the development of annual sales budgets and forecasts
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities
