We represent large MNC such as Cargill, Indian Herbs, Intas Pharmaceuticals, Schils, and many more. We distribute pharmaceuticals, Equipments, Supplements and most items in the animal health space.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Batu Caves. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing business strategies, managing accounts, setting and achieving sales targets, recruiting sales personel and leading a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will be expected to establish and manage relationships with clients, monitor market trends, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Business Planning and Budgeting to achieve organizational objectives effectively
  • Strong skills in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and build client relationships
  • Experience in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams for optimal performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the animal healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
