• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & basic written).

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores.
• Perform basic photo and video editing for product visuals.
• Update and maintain purchase order records.
• Check and verify platform charges to avoid overcharges.
• Monitor monthly sales reports for inventory planning.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors and pricing.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
• Assist with warehouse tasks during peak periods.
• Manage customer service inquiries on e-commerce platforms.
