Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications.
• Exceptional writing skills in English; fluent in Mandarin or Malay is a bonus.
• Creative eye for design with hands-on experience in Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of social media management platforms.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects across different brands.

Responsibilities

• Craft and manage engaging content across HR, IT, and BPO industries.
• Drive social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Design and coordinate branded collateral.
• Support day-to-day marketing administration and reporting.
