Requirements

• Min SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Like to talk to customers.
• Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Management of a third language will be given priority.
• Able to work on Saturday and some public holidays.
• Self‑disciplined & able to work independently or in a team.
• Positive attitude & willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries & provide sales & service advice.
• Deliver personal & team sales targets and work professionally.
• Attend and manage retail sales.
• Promote products to customers.
• Responsible for maintaining daily operations, showroom display, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Restock products from warehouse/store to display area.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
• Assist in live & video content marketing, including TikTok, Facebook, and other social media.
• Any ad‑hoc task from the direct manager/superior.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday (9.00 am – 7.00 pm)
• Saturday (9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
• Sunday closed
