Job summary

The Motion Graphic Artist is responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics that support animated TV series, games, commercials, and digital platforms. This role works closely with Directors, CG Supervisors, Producers, and other Department Leads to translate creative direction into engaging motion design that enhances storytelling and production value.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D motion graphics and FX for animated series, games, commercials, and digital platforms using Adobe After Effects.
• Develop reusable motion graphic templates, visual assets, and design elements for both production and marketing needs.
• Collaborate closely with Directors, CG Supervisors, and Producers to plan, define, and deliver project requirements.
• Accurately interpret briefs, style guides, and creative references to meet project expectations.
• Manage workload efficiently to resolve technical or design challenges while maintaining quality standards and production deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field, with at least 1 year of professional experience and a strong portfolio/demo reel.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with solid working knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere Pro (Illustrator and/or Cinema 4D are a plus).
• Solid foundation in design principles, composition, visual storytelling, animation fundamentals, with a good sense of timing and motion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
