A leading financial services company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Mortgage Specialist. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to clients seeking mortgages, advising them on their options and guiding them through the application process. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in mortgage sales, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to achieving sales targets. This position offers a full work-from-home arrangement with flexible hours.

Mission
MoneySmart generates leads on its platform in the form of customers who are in the market for a home loan and who are interested in connecting with a Mortgage Specialist. Your mission will be to promptly call all the leads assigned to you, find out more about these customers’ mortgage needs, compare among the different available options, advise them on the best-suited option, assist them on the application process and facilitate the follow-up until the loan is officially secured. Post-sales servicing and customer retention in the form of reviewing their home loan packages nearing to the end of their lock-in period so as to advise on the option of refinancing, are also crucial aspects of this role.
Reporting to the Head of Advisory, this role offers an excellent opportunity to achieve great success on a personal and team level, contributing to the growth of the Group’s overall business in Singapore.
