Job description

TONGDA SMART TECH (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd – Kota, Kedah

According to the injection molding plan issued by PMC, follow the first article production process to switch molds, debug the first article and start production.

Implement product quality standards to ensure that products meet customer requirements.

Inspect the process, detect, and resolve abnormalities in a timely manner, and provide feedback to engineers for upgrades that cannot be resolved within the specified time.

Inspect key parameters such as the molding cycle and residual amount of the machine to ensure that key indicators such as production capacity and yield are achieved.

Conduct machine process debugging according to the standard process card output by the process engineer to ensure that the product meets quality requirements.
