Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in fashion buying, merchandising, or account management, ideally within modest fashion.
• Strong understanding of modest consumer trends in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales performance of assigned Marketplace modest brands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.
• Lead the buying process for RBO collaborations.
• Identify and onboard new emerging modest brands.
• Analyze category performance and customer insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand visibility.
• Support the Modest Category Lead in achieving seasonal targets.
