Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced individual to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The role involves acting as a liaison, providing functional support, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in IT and at least 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365. This position also requires conducting user training and contributing to process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

Job Descriptions:

• Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Provide functional and project support across all business modules, ensuring solutions align with operational and strategic goals.
• Lead or support system configuration, customization, and integration activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system‑related issues, providing effective solutions to maintain smooth business operations.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development within Dynamics 365 to improve decision‑making and business visibility.
• Participate in system testing (UAT/SIT), validation, and documentation to ensure compliance and solution quality.
• Conduct user training and workshops to promote system adoption and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process optimization and digital transformation projects, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through system capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing functional or technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and MS SQL Server.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV, ERP, or CRM solutions is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure or internship experience in MD365 systems are encouraged to apply.
