Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, field operations, or account management.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
• Familiarity with the local business landscape in Shah Alam or Wangsa Maju is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to merchants and maintain strong working relationships.
• Resolve merchant issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvement actions.
