Job summary

A prominent technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated candidate to manage POSM displays and support events. The ideal applicant will have an SPM level or diploma in a relevant field, with 1 to 3 years of training experience being an advantage. Responsibilities

• Display and replenish POSM at dealers' shops.
• Support major roadshows and events.
• Submit daily visitation reports.
• Monitor promoters and ensure display cleanliness.
• Assist Sales Manager in deploying POSM and sales.
• Provide market feedback to Sales Manager.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resource scheduling.
• Identify work processes for production and management.

Job description

Responsibilities

• POSM display and replenish at dealers' shop with
• Major Roadshow and event support on setup
• Daily visitation report submission
• Promoter monitoring includes grooming etiquette and gesture, live demo experience, cleanliness of outlet and display.
• On check time to keeping the display are maintain in guild line.
• Assist Sales Manager to deploy POSM and sales
• Provide market feedback and market competitor to the Sales Manager and RGM from time to time
• Communicate and coordinate in cross‑departmental and regional resource scheduling and cooperation
• Plan and identify the work process of terminal material production, construction, and management in each region

Requirements

• Must possess at least SPM level/ diploma in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
• Possess 1 to 3 years of training experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
