Job Description
  • Develop MEP project plans aligned with overall goals and timelines.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.
  • Oversee MEP design development and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure integration of MEP with CSA systems.
  • Enforce quality assurance through audits and reviews.
  • Manage design changes and assess project impacts.
  • Prepare and control MEP budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate MEP-related risks.
  • Act as main contact for MEP coordination and communication.
  • Monitor schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Plan and implement commissioning for all MEP systems.
  • Oversee commissioning execution and verify system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve commissioning issues.
  • Prepare detailed commissioning and handover documentation.
  • Train client teams on MEP system operation and maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth final handover of fully operational MEP systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience
  • 10 years in MEP industry, with experience managing large scale data center projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design principles, construction methods, and materials
  • Ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Certifications:
  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Chartered Engineer status are advantageous
