Job description
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to GP clinics, medical centres, and healthcare providers via calls, WhatsApp, email & physical visits (Clinic groups).
  • Promote and explain Medic Asia’s training programs and benefits.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or discussions between clinics and Medic Asia trainers.
  • Assist with digital marketing content (Facebook/LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp blasts).
  • Participate in roadshows, events, or conferences to promote programs.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Build a strong referral network with clinic owners, nurses, clinic assistants, and managers.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth communication before and after the training.
  • Drive registration for training programs and meet monthly enrollment targets.
  • Prepare and send proposals, brochures, and quotations.
  • Track all leads, conversions, and outcomes in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
Administrative & Support
  • Collect and verify clinic/doctor information for registration.
  • Coordinate with operations team for training date, venue, and materials.
  • Assist in issuing invoices and confirming payments when needed.
