Job LocationTraining will be mainly conducted in central region (klang valley) or other location depending on assignment, candidate will be required to secure accommodation in Klang Valley region during training/probation period for 3-6 months at least.
Candidates will be assigned to new region (Johor Bahru, East coast i.e. Kota Bahru or Kuantan) upon successful completion of probation and able to conduct routine task independently with minimal supervision.
As a medical sales representative in IONM, you are required to sell or rent out company's products or devices to hospitals
You are required to work strategically to increase the awareness and the use of company's medical products
You'll be assigned to manage specific hospitals and be specialized in but not limited to IONM products
You are required to meet sales targets and to answer queries and provide advice on products
You may also have to make presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals, as well as working with contacts on a one-to-one basis
Arrange consumable and equipment required for surgeries and attend surgeries in operation theatre
Assist surgeon in the surgery in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the patient
Arrange appointments with surgeons & operation theatre medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
Organize conferences, workshops and trainings for surgeons and other medical staffs
Build and maintain good relationships with surgeons, medical staffs and support administrative staffs
Keep detailed records of all contacts
Plan work schedules i.e. weekly and monthly timetables or discuss future targets/planning with the local sales manager of other regions
Keep up to date with the latest clinical studies and be creative and proactive in improving our customer experience
Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
Anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt accordingly
Manage payments and deal with outstanding receivables
Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
To undergo training, learn, familiarize and master various techniques in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring for instances, Electromyography (EMG), Motor Evoked Potential (MEP), Somatosensory Evoked Potential (SSEP), Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential (BAEP) and more.
To handle the instrument setup in the operation theater in the best way possible to ensure effective monitoring and able to assist surgeons with accurate monitoring data.
The usual working hours is from Monday to Friday, 9-6pm but could be required to commit to work overtime, on weekend or public holiday following the oncall schedule.

The salary range shown is basic salary, fixed allowance and standard range of monthly incentive. Bonus scheme is not included in shown salary range.
