Job description

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Medical Sales Executive to join our organization. The short‑listed candidate will champion our vision: to elevate gut health by promoting and educating healthcare providers on our range of medical products. This position will involve working closely with healthcare professionals and allied health science members within the industry to drive product adoption, training and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Representation and Knowledge: Understand and represent the company products within the healthcare industry. As a medical sales executive, you will be the first-line contact in identifying new partnership opportunities and potential collaborations by visiting healthcare settings to promote our product.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record all sales and prospecting activities (including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow‑up activities). Manage inventory at consignment sites effectively.
  • Adaptable, attention to detail: Quickly identify challenges and collaborate with the internal team to meet existing client’s expectations. Attend to client enquiries and implement an aligned solution with proper follow‑up. Participate in promotional activities and new product launch.
  • Sales Goals: Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to newly identified partners, while maintaining proactive relationship with existing clients to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree holder, fresh graduates from the healthcare sector (e.g. biomedical science, biotechnology) are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • Candidates who are seeking new career opportunities within the healthcare industry (e.g. retail pharmacist, nutritionist, dietitians) are also welcomed.
  • Relevant (0-2 years) experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or sales is also encouraged to apply.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare technology, medical products and clinical environment is a plus.
  • Customer and goal‑oriented.
  • Good communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able and willing to travel (including inter‑state travel).
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
