Job description

As a Medical Sales Executive, you will promote and sell our Surgical Disposable Products, Anaesthesia Disposable Products, Infection Control Products, IVD medical Equipments and Disposables to healthcare professionals such as Hospitals, PKD, GP Clinics, Medical Labs and Pharmacies. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide product information, and support their needs to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Surgical Disposable Products, Anaesthesia Disposable Products, Infection Control Products, IVD medical Equipment and Disposables.
• Provide product information, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Must be able to work independently and report to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2-year related experience in medical sales with a proven track record.
• Proven experience in medical sales in the medical line.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license with owns a Car.
• Willing to travel to outstation (Claimable).
