We are seeking an experienced Medical Representative to join our team at Duplex Healthcare Sdn Bhd (DHC Group). This is a full‑time role based in Penang/ Kedah (Northern) or Melaka/ Johor (Southern). As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers
• Educating healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper use of our pharmaceutical products
• Gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to the sales and marketing team
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies
• Participating in regional and national sales meetings and training programs

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and product knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
