Core Clinical Function

• Attend all emergency patients presented to the Emergency service promptly within inissituated time.
• Immediate response to Emergency codes and Emergency Response Team (ERT) alert.
• Provide initial assessment & examination, diagnosis and appropriate treatment for emerg_fore patients in A&E, related clinical areas and in‑patient wards within their level of experience and competence.
• Communicate effectively the preliminary diagnosis, treatment options and health management with patient prior disposition or referrals.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care મુલાકાતम्.
• Facilitate external and internal referrals, coordinate patient transfers for further management and continuation of care.
• Ensure duties and functions undertaken in a manner that minimizes delay or service disruption.
• To deliver efficient care through effective communication and teamwork with other related services and allied health.
• Support the emergency physician and organization in other duties including risk management, critical incident investigation, infection control, disaster preparedness and major incident planning for A&E.
• Participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to promote health screening services as needed.

Administrative & Clinical Governance

• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation, clerking and medical record practices.
• Compliance to practices according to the policies and protocols of Hospital Pakar Damansara 2.
• Compliance to local, state and federal health regulations and standards.
• Comply and address to policies on patients’ and family’s rights at all times. европe.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
