Able to work in shift & weekend and follow private practice culture.

Able to work in Kepong Area.

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Provide direct medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and care plan management.

Lead and manage the clinical and screening teams, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and quality standards.

Oversee patient care and diagnostic screening processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical and screening procedures.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance supervision to junior doctors, nurses, and screening staff.

Collaborate with healthcare administrators and other departments to optimize patient care and operational processes.

Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of services delivered by the clinical team.

Stay updated with advancements in medical practices, diagnostics, and healthcare technologies, integrating best practices into daily operations.

Handle administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and maintenance of accurate patient records.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control measures, and data protection standards.

Provide leadership and guidance in high-pressure or complex medical and diagnostic cases.
