Job summary

A renowned theme park in Malacca is looking for a qualified Medical Assistant to provide first aid and basic medical support to guests and staff. The role requires prompt response to emergencies, maintaining medical reports, and ensuring well-stocked medical supplies. Candidates should have a Certificate in Medical Assistance or Nursing, a valid First Aid / CPR certification, and good communication skills. Experience in similar environments is preferred. This position requires shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Experience in theme park, hospitality or emergency response is an advantage.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Job description

Assist the Medic / Medical Officer in providing first aid and basic medical support to guests and staff.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies, injuries and incidents within the theme park.

Record and maintain accurate medical and incident reports.

Assist in handling minor injuries, illnesses and heat‑related cases.

Ensure medical rooms, first aid kits and equipment are well‑stocked and in good condition.

Support crowd control during medical emergencies when required.

Liaise with external medical services (ambulance, clinic, hospital) if necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety, health and theme park regulations.

Requirements
  • Certificate / Diploma in Medical Assistant, Nursing or related field.
  • Valid First Aid / CPR / AED certification.
  • Experience in theme park, hospitality or emergency response is an advantage.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
