Responsibilities

• Prepare site progress report, method statement, inspection form related to projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with main contractor, consultant, client to ensure project works smoothly.
• Review and clarify technical compliance of equipment/material for projects.
• Liaison with Procurement Team on equipment/material submissions.
• Preparation and submission of equipment/material to client/consultant for approval.
• Track and report submission and approval status.
• Communicate with suppliers about specifications and documents.
• Prepare and issue technical queries.
• Perform procurement activities like material requisition and delivery verification.
• Prepare method statements and liaise with subcontractors on workflow and quality.
