Job Requirement:

This is a Taiwanese MNC – hence Mandarin Speaking is a must.

Good command of English and Chinese and Malaysian (read, write and speak).

Development of semiconductor‑specific automated equipment / mechanical design and structural evaluation

Oversee the implementation and optimization of mechanical processes and systems for manufacturing operations

Work cross‑functionally with maintenance, quality assurance, R&D, and operations to ensure alignment on manufacturing goals

Testing and selection of mechanical materials

Drafting mechanical design drawings

Feasibility assessment

Testing and installation

CNC machines experience is advantage

Preferred Tools:

AutoCAD, AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, SolidWorks, Solid Edge

Educational Background:

Bachelor Degree - Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields
