Job summary

A recruitment agency in Johor Bahru is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Senior Engineer to oversee M&E project specifications and supervise works. Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies.
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with the clients representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables and quality assurance.

Requirements

• At least2 year experiences in the planning and implementations of projects, in relation to M&E system (construction).
• Experienced in Residential (high-rise) will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)

Remuneration
