Job summary

A leading stainless steel manufacturer in Johor is seeking a Stainless Steel Fabrication Drafter to create fabrication drawings and coordinate with the production team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD 2D and familiar with SketchUp and AutoCAD 3D. Experience in stainless steel fabrication is required to convert customer needs into production-ready drawings. Immediate start or negotiable after Chinese New Year.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SketchUp/AutoCAD 3D is beneficial.
• Experience in stainless steel fabrication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D fabrication drawings for CNC machines.
• Use SketchUp/AutoCAD 3D for complex designs.
• Convert customer requirements into production-ready drawings.
• Coordinate with production for smooth fabrication.

We’re looking for a Stainless Steel Fabrication Drafter to join our growing stainless steel manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do

• AutoCAD 2D fabrication drawings for CNC machines (Fiber Laser Cutting, V-Cut, Bending)
• Use SketchUp / AutoCAD 3D for complex stainless steel products
• Convert customer requirements into production-ready drawings
• Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth fabrication

What We’re Looking For

• AutoCAD 2D proficiency (must-have)
• Familiar with SketchUp / AutoCAD 3D
• Experience in stainless steel fabrication
• Able to understand fabrication & technical drawings
• Responsible, good communication, team player
• Steel industry experience is a plus
