Job Description

Mechanical Design & Development

• Responsible for mechanical design of equipment and systems.
• Develop design solutions that meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Perform detailed design according to project requirements and departmental standards.
• Prepare and explain machine drawings, functions, and key technical points before assembly.

Project Execution

• Handle and complete project modifications to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Proactively report project issues or delays to the Mechanical Lead and Project Manager.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions.

Technical & Production Support

• Assist Production Department with assembly, debugging, installation, and after-sales services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.
• Assist in maintaining mechanical design standards within the department.
• Attend project discussions and gather technical information, including overseas travel when required.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or a related field.
• Must be able to communicate bilingually. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Preferred skills: Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD design software.
• Familiarity with leak testing processes is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
