Mechanic Team

Our #MechanicTeam is growing! We are looking for Mechanics to join us in our garage retail stores. This role involves conducting routine service tasks, performing detailed mechanical and electrical diagnostics and installing motorbike parts. This role will also interact with customers to explain issues and recommend parts and accessories, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Installation of motorcycle accessories (suspension, sports rim, foot rest system etc) inside engine and exhaust systems.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure proper installation and functionality of accessories.
• Inspect motorcycles for any pre-existing damage and inform customers of any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their accessory preferences and provide recommendations when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly utilized and stored.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of accessories and parts, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions related to accessory installation and motorcycle customization.
• Any other ad-hoc and/or tasks required by the Management / superior.

Requirements
