Candidates with experience in material handling and inventory management are encouraged to apply.
The objective of the Material Handler role is to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of materials to support all production operations, including NPI builds and validation activities such as IQ, OQ, and PQ, in order to prevent downtime and maintain smooth manufacturing flow. The role aims to uphold full compliance with ISO13485, GMP, and traceability requirements in all material handling processes, while maintaining high inventory accuracy through proper labeling, lot control, FIFO/FEFO practices, and precise ERP/MRP transactions. The Material Handler is authorized to perform all material‑related transactions in the ERP/MRP system as assigned, including issuing, returning, and transferring materials within controlled parameters. The role is permitted to reject or place materials into quarantine if damage, discrepancies, or non‑conformities are identified during receiving or handling, and to elevate such issues to the Supervisor, QA, or relevant departments. The Material Handler is also authorized to access controlled storage areas, including raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods staging zones, and may operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers, or forklifts (if licensed). Additionally, the Material Handler has the authority to halt material issuance if traceability information or documentation is incomplete, incorrect, or presents a risk of mix‑up or non‑compliance.
