  • Organize press conferences and promotional events.
  • Monitor public sentiment and manage brand reputation.

Job description

The position also supports business development initiatives through strategic communications, marketing, and promotional activities. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the incumbent is expected to execute tasks efficiently and on time, and proactively engage with internal stakeholders to understand and support their communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Writing, editing, and distributing press releases, speeches, website copy, newsletters, and social media updates. Conceptualizing and developing materials such as bulletins, annual reports, and articles.
  • Media Relations: Building and maintaining media social of the company, handling media inquiries, Strategies and develop marketing contents in promoting Hotel branding within the promotion.
  • Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing internal and external communication plans, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Managing communication with employees, communities, partners, and government agencies.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing press conferences, promotional events, and community outreach programs.
  • Reputation Management: Monitoring public sentiment, managing brand image, and developing crisis communication plans.
  • Reporting: Tracking media coverage, analyzing metrics, and reporting on the effectiveness of communication activities. Undertake other assignments delegated by Sales Manager / Director of Sales.
