OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll work alongside the marketing team to support and optimise paid campaigns—primarily on Google Ads—to help drive lead generation and ROI. You’ll assist with keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting, and collaborate with content and design colleagues to build and refine landing pages and creative assets. In addition, you’ll help execute email newsletters, content marketing, and product marketing collaterals. Using our marketing automation and analytics tools, you’ll monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and apply learnings to improve results. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment, where you’ll grow your skills in data‑driven decision‑making and integrated digital marketing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads to generate quality leads.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage landing pages and creative assets by working closely with the content and design teams.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and event invitations.
  • Support content marketing initiatives such as blog content writing.
  • Contribute to ongoing website updates and conversion rate optimisation projects.
  • Support the creation of product marketing collaterals such as whitepapers, brochures, pitch decks, and other sales enablement assets.
  • Provide operational and executional support for marketing‑led events and webinars.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Design, to support integrated marketing projects.
  • Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and customer engagement efforts.
  • Prepare monthly campaign reports and share insights to improve performance across all digital touchpoints.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, postgraduate diploma, professional degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, media, or any other related field of studies.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands‑on involvement in paid ads and campaign optimisation.
  • Certified with Google Career Certificates for Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is highly preferable.
  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Zoho CRM (or other CRM/marketing automation tools).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, verbal, and writing skills in English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior experience in marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho) will be advantageous.
  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
