We are looking to hire a full time Marketing Specialist to be based at our Head Office in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

Job Description
  • To develop and optimize content for digital marketing, emails, social media posts, brochures, newsletters and digital advertisements.
  • To create engaging visuals and graphics for marketing materials.
  • To assist in planning and organising marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc).
  • To monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • To manage the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc).
  • To organise promotional events, workshops and trade shows in collaboration with the company’s group of companies.
  • To conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive insights, and opportunities.
  • To analyse campaign effectiveness and market conditions for informed decision making.
  • To assess the results of the marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and alignment with goals.
  • To work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
  • To coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing activities (calendars, advertisements, etc).
Job Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of working experience in Marketing or relevant field.
  2. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms), Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  4. Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  5. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency.
  8. Meticulous, attention to details, responsible and diligent.
  9. Possess excellent time management, positive working attitude and good communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders.
  10. Able to work independently as well as work in a team.
  11. Able to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline.
