We are looking to hire a full time Marketing Specialist to be based at our Head Office in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.
Job Description
- To develop and optimize content for digital marketing, emails, social media posts, brochures, newsletters and digital advertisements.
- To create engaging visuals and graphics for marketing materials.
- To assist in planning and organising marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc).
- To monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- To manage the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc).
- To organise promotional events, workshops and trade shows in collaboration with the company’s group of companies.
- To conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive insights, and opportunities.
- To analyse campaign effectiveness and market conditions for informed decision making.
- To assess the results of the marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and alignment with goals.
- To work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
- To coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing activities (calendars, advertisements, etc).
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in Marketing or relevant field.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms), Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency.
- Meticulous, attention to details, responsible and diligent.
- Possess excellent time management, positive working attitude and good communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as work in a team.
- Able to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline.
