Job Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

  1. Plan, execute and track marketing projects such as content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing.
  2. Build and maintain social media presence in China.
  3. Oversee the acquisition efforts of the performance marketing function in China.
  4. Develop and initiate marketing and promotional campaigns.
  5. Execute plans to drive website traffic, lead acquisition and improve conversion.
  6. Identify industrial forums, communities and affiliate sites, create content on these mediums on a regular basis.
  7. Responsible for the success, volume and costs of Baidu ads (desktop + mobile web + mobile apps, Display, Search, Native), WeChat, websites, Weibo, Baidu Tieba, Mobile Ads and other paid advertising channels in China.
  8. Work with designer to create landing pages, advertising materials and marketing collaterals.
  9. Monitor and listen actively on social community to analyze engagement, reach, comments, and sentiment.
  10. Supervise China paid media strategies creation.
  11. Ensure all marketing materials are delivered to a high standard, across a range of digital channels, within the deadline.
  12. Develop tracking and monitoring system to ensure KPIs are meeting targets, conduct analysis and learnings from data and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in China Marketing.
  2. Advanced knowledge in Baidu ads, WeChat, Banner ads, Weibo, Baidu Tieba, Mobile Ads, AppsFlyer.
  3. In-depth knowledge in various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing in China.
  4. Experience in implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns and Google AdWords campaigns.
  5. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities to analyze metrics and create reports.
  6. Strong understanding of paid media channels, and current on new tools and methods to build a program at scale.
  7. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  8. Ability to organize information in a high-level way to Can-do mentality, highly determined to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
