Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns (digital, events, promotions, PR, advertising).
  • Coordinate timelines, content, vendors, and marketing materials.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports for Senior Management.
  • Report performance data, insights, and issues to Senior Management.
  • Ensure execution quality, timelines, and campaign results.
  • Supervise marketing executives, designers, and agencies.
  • Plan a curated content strategy, including print and digital, aligned with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Create, edit, and manage a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, press releases, and social media posts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and press kits.
  • Coordinate and manage media events, interviews, and press conferences.
  • Main liaison point for crisis communication management (print and digital).
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content and PR strategies using various analytics tools.
  • Provide marketing reports and insights to senior management.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
  • Source vendors to build and maintain the website and mall app.
  • Maintain and update content on the website, mall app, and mall social media platforms.
  • Arrange shooting of videos/photos for content creation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tourism and government sectors.
  • Drive the loyalty program by onboarding tenants and growing the member base.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the retail section or mall management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively, including weekends and evenings as required for events.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
