Job Overview:

This role requires a strong background in marketing campaign management, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will be responsible for creating impactful marketing materials, managing omnichannel campaigns, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment.

What will you do:
  • Develop comprehensive market product and marketing plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing‑related matters and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate the development and review of marketing and communication materials with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the creation of marketing collateral to support various campaigns and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to align messaging and enhance brand visibility.
  • Design and manage automated, journey‑based omnichannel campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
  • Apply data and analytics to derive insights, track performance, and refine marketing strategies.
  • Work with regional and global marketing teams to conceptualize, execute, and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage collaboration with external vendors, agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives and events.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and brand assets, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all marketing materials to ensure high standards and brand consistency.
  • Partner with the marketing technology team to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Liaise with the Design team to support the visual execution of marketing campaigns and content.
  • Work closely with web developers to ensure all websites are regularly updated with approved and accurate content.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in leading advertising and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and Power BI is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing materials from ideation through to execution.
  • Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A self‑motivated, driven professional who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential.
