Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategy and execution across both online and offline channels. This role is responsible for planning campaigns, driving brand growth, and delivering measurable business results. You will connect brand direction with performance marketing, oversee cross-channel campaigns, and ensure all marketing activities are aligned, effective, and commercially driven.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning – Develop overall marketing plans aligned with business goals; plan integrated campaigns across online and offline channels; manage marketing calendar, launches, and promotional cycles.
  2. Digital & Performance Marketing – Oversee paid media strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.); guide funnel, landing page, and website conversion improvements; track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, traffic, conversion); work with digital team/partners to optimize campaigns.
  3. Brand & Content Direction – Ensure all marketing materials follow brand positioning and guidelines; guide content direction for social media, ads, website, and campaigns; work closely with designers, content creators, and videographers.
  4. Campaign Execution (Online & Offline) – Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns; manage offline activities such as events, exhibitions, partnerships, and retail support; ensure campaigns are consistent across all touchpoints.
  5. Market & Consumer Insights – Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior; use insights to refine campaigns, offers, and messaging.
  6. Reporting & Optimization – Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports; identify growth opportunities and areas to improve ROI.
