We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and communication plans across multiple business segments. This role will play a key part in market analysis, branding, digital communication, pricing strategy, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth.
Analyze macro-economic conditions and provide relevant market insights and reports
Identify megatrends and industry trends by business segment
Conduct competitive and industry landscape analysis (competitors, trends, market evolution)
Develop and execute annual marketing plans for each business segment, including:
Internal and external communication tools
Product launch and product roadmap planning
Event planning and integrated marketing actions
Pricing strategy support and market positioning
Analyze industry pricing and provide recommendations for price adaptation
Lead annual marketing budget planning and conduct monthly performance reviews
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders:
Sales teams and sales managers
Technical support
Finance and Operations
Engage external stakeholders:
Customers
Event organizers
Industry associations and relevant bodies
Strengthen brand communication capabilities across:
External communications
Social media platforms
Website content and management
Customer experience initiatives
Support company initiatives related to Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems
Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement activities
Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Undertake additional duties as assigned by management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing and communications, including:
Campaign management
Digital marketing and social media
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience managing or leading a team is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
