JOB PURPOSE

Weare looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee all marketingoperations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision basedon company’s objectives. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiasticmarketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards greatsuccess.

Youmust be passionate towards your profession and have great knowledge for allthings marketing. You must have a practical mindset with a creative businessacumen and the ability to lead people through complex marketing operations.

Thegoal is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping itoutperform competition as well as achieving company’s goal in the shortesttimemanner throughout Malaysia,Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and China concurrently.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEYRESULT AREA
  • Define new marketing strategies to support thecompany’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Reshaping the current marketing team
  • Analyse company’s marketing strategy and suggestimprovements
  • Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Review and manage marketing strategy
  • Keep the marketing budget in check
  • Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
  • Work with operation development and customer serviceteams
  • Use data and reports to make evidence-baseddecisions
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology
  • Stay up to date with the latest best practices
  • Design, plan and execute effective marketingcampaigns
  • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the departmentand oversee its day-to-day implementation
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations(product development, branding, sponsorship, press conference, websitepromotion etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR andother marketing efforts across channels (digitally or traditionally)
  • Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES
  • 5years’ experience in marketing
  • Backgroundon eSports & online casino
  • Handson experience with Facebook, IG etc and many more online social media marketingtools
  • Handson experience with Whatsapp, Wechat, Telegram etc and many more messengerblasting tools
  • In-depthknowledge on CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot,WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
  • In-depthknowledge of big data analysis
  • Regularlyproduce and present reports
  • Excellentorganizational and time management skills
  • Provenexperience as Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrableexperience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketingaspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
  • Aleader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Outstandingcommunication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/BAin business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MAwill be a plus
