We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to take the lead in driving Wellnessday’s brand growth and visibility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence, deepen customer engagement, and support both sales and distributor network expansion.
You’ll oversee all aspects of online and offline marketing ensuring cohesive brand messaging, creative excellence, and performance-driven execution.
Drive deep understanding of customer needs, attitudes, and values to shape impactful and emotionally resonant brand experiences.
Lead the planning and timely execution of marketing campaigns and new treatment launches.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and elevate the quality and performance of distributor networks.
Regularly monitor brand performance, review marketing reports, and ensure all activities are aligned with the brand’s goals and objectives.
Maintain strong communication with sales teams to ensure mutual understanding and smooth execution of marketing plans.
Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, visuals, and social media content that reflect the brand identity and engage target audiences.
Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and customer behavior patterns.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensure efficient allocation of resources, and adhere to company policies for all marketing-related expenditures and production requisitions.
