As a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist, you will promote the company’s hose products (PVC hose, rubber hose, garden hose, air hose, etc.) to local and international markets, assist in preparing product catalogues, technical datasheets, brochures, and online content, support the sales team with quotations, specifications, and customer inquiries, conduct basic market research on competitors, pricing, and customer needs, manage the customer database, follow up on leads and orders, and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or industry events when required.

Marketing & Sales Support

• Promote the company’s hose products (PVC hose, rubber hose, garden hose, air hose, etc.) to local and international markets.
• Assist in preparing product catalogues, technical datasheets, brochures, and online content.
• Support sales team with quotations, specifications, and customer inquiries.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
• Manage customer database and follow up on leads and orders.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or industry events (if required)

Logistics & Order Coordination

• Coordinate order processing from customers to production and warehouse teams.
• Prepare documents including Delivery Orders (DO), invoice, packing list, and shipping instructions.
• Arrange transportation for local and export deliveries.
• Monitor production and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate regularly with customers on order status and delivery updates.
• Handle complaints related to delivery delays, damages, or shortages.

Inventory & Production Liaison

• Monitor finished goods stock levels for different hose sizes and types.
• Coordinate with planning and production teams for stock replenishment.
• Assist in demand forecasting based on sales trends.
