About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our team at SKINLAB BIOCHEM RESOURCES (M) SDN. BHD. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communications initiatives, helping to promote our innovative skincare products and build brand awareness in the local Johor Bahru market. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

Creating engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.

Supporting the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

Plan and schedule engaging content (images, videos, reels, and stories) across all platforms.

Manage day‑to‑day social media posting, comments, DMs, and community engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
