Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) that resonate with Malaysian families and highlight accessible, high-quality food.
Design and produce engaging visual content, including social media graphics, digital ads, posters, brochures, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
Manage day-to-day operations of Lee’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and company website, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Create and curate high-quality visual assets using design tools to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, photographers/videographers, and internal teams for seamless campaign delivery.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends to inform creative strategies.
Support marketing events, roadshows, trade exhibitions, and community activations with on-site design and promotional materials.
Provide project management and administrative support to the marketing team.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required, including responding positively to urgent needs and working additional hours when necessary.
Job Requirements
We prefer a Mandarin speaker to effectively collaborate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding, or graphic design (fresh graduates will not be considered).
Strong hands-on experience in graphic design and visual content creation (proven portfolio required—please attach samples or link with application).
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Active and strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, assertive, with good communication skills and high EQ.
Presentable appearance and positive team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
The role requires full-time attention, flexibility for long hours, and occasional travel.

Prior experience in FMCG, food & beverage, retail, or consumer goods marketing.
Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Photography, videography, or video editing skills.
Experience managing paid social media campaigns or content production workflows.
