A leading marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Activation Execution professional to support brand activations, roadshows, and experiential marketing events. The ideal candidate will have a degree in relevant fields and 1-2 years of experience in event management. Responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and evaluating performance metrics to enhance brand engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle tight timelines, along with a passion for creating impactful consumer experiences.
As an Marketing Activation Execution, will support the planning and on-ground execution of brand activations, roadshows, and experiential marketing events. This role ensures flawless coordination, brand consistency, and high-impact consumer engagement across all event touchpoints. The ideal candidate is hands on, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences that strengthen Coway’s brand presence.
Assist in executing on-ground activations, product roadshows, marketing activities and PR events to ensure smooth operations and brand alignment.
Manage and coordinate event logistics including venue setup, vendor arrangements, manpower, and materials preparation.
Liaise with external partners such as event agencies, influencers, media partners, and vendors to ensure deliverables are met efficiently.
Support special brand projects and collaborations (e.g. Coway Run, cobranding events, sponsorship activations) from planning to post-event stages.
Track event performance metrics, conduct post-event evaluations, and prepare reports with actionable insights for future improvements.
Assist in managing activation budgets, vendor quotations, and cost tracking to ensure efficient spending.
Stay updated on event trends, competitor activities, and new activation technologies to enhance Coway’s brand experience offerings.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience in event management, brand activation, or marketing coordination.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage event logistics, scheduling, and on-ground execution efficiently under tight timelines.
Able to think quickly and resolve unexpected issues during live activations or event setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for experiential marketing and consumer engagement.
Willingness to travel and work on weekends when required for events.
Brings fresh ideas for activations while also evaluating event performance data for improvement.
