Job description
Brand Activation & Event Marketing
  • Organize and execute offline marketing activities such as campus events, roadshows, and station activations.
  • Set up booths, manage event logistics, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Engage directly with the public to explain GVRide’s services and encourage app downloads.
  • Coordinate with vendors, event partners, and internal teams for equipment, permits, and manpower.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and supervise event crew.
Content, Coordination & Reporting
  • Manage content calendars for online and offline campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
  • Capture photos or short clips from events for digital sharing.
  • Record attendance, leads, and feedback from activations.
  • Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports, highlighting results and recommendations.
  • Support collaboration between marketing, operations, and design teams.
General Responsibilities
  • Any additional duties as required by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or event/brand activation.
