Job summary

A dynamic marketing firm in Penang is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, manage social media accounts, and collaborate with vendors. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and have strong skills in both Malay and English. Fresh graduates are welcome. This role requires proactivity, teamwork, and the ability to work on weekends. Own transport is needed for travel to events.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent command of both oral and written in Malay and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Independent, results-driven, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.

  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to drive effective marketing initiatives.
  • Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute marketing launch events, activities, and roadshows to support product awareness and outreach.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed marketing campaign reports and maintain the marketing database for tracking performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Regularly track and analyze competitor activities and market trends.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales activities and work closely with the sales team.
Qualifications
